Chubby question
Hey All,
Question for the Backwoods Chubby owners, will the Chubby hold 2-briskets (avg size ) and 2-butts at the same time? Looking for a smaller size smoker just to do those to items for comps. If no then i guess the party is the next choice??? Chime in gang and give me your thoughts. Hot Sauce Hoss

I've never tried two briskets and two butts, but I have gotten four butts at one time. I have to agree with billm; two flats and two butts I think would work.

I don't have a chubby, but seems to me that a 16 and 2-butts would do in your case. Are your Butts with or without bone? With a bone in cook them as you suggested until the bone pulls out. The Brisky, however will take appox. 24.5hrs.,depending on the stall. Now that's with a non-trimmed Brisky, for flavor I leave mine untrimmed and cook it Point-up,so the juice will run through the meat
Hope this helps you and remember to...

First sorry i didn't put Backwoods chubby in the title, (lol) didn't mean to cause Ron L & smknhotmama to wonder whats going on here. And thanks BBQ PD for the pics. I like the cabinet style with the racks and want to try one. I have used my two wsm 22.5 smokers so far for comps but keep looking at all the stumps and backwoods around me and, well, ok i want one. Thanks all............ Hoss

Definitely go with the Party or even better the Fatboy. Party will save you a few $$$ but the Fatboy will give you a bit more wiggle room meat-wise.
