I am cooking a 15 pound prime packer on my PBC today.

I wired up my CyberQ so it updates my website with live pit and meat temperatures.

About where the grate would be. It is hanging per manufacturers instructions. The end of the flat is about an inch above the coals. I am very interested to see how it turns out.
