Had a great day today, hard to beat beers and BBQ. Had a couple racks of Duroc BB's (thanks Onehump), tri-tip, and some veggies. Rubbed the ribs with 3Eyez/Rub Co. Original, veggies with Suzie Q Santa Maria, and the tri-tip was a special blend from Oakpit.

I put the ribs on the MAK, really nice grill...

My wife made up a batch of beans with ham hocks, a very nice addition to any BBQ...

Lookin' great but surprising to see no chicken. That must mean that the other Tim was there. What temp did you run those ribs at in the Mak?
 
Hey Marty, you shoulda come by...we coulda finished the sgl malt that is out in my shed :wink: I ran the MAK at 275, but the temps stuck at 265 for some reason. And no, the "other" Tim wasn't here this time.

Dang, I thought that sgl malt would be history! It woulda been if I wasn't driving home.

I gotts a new gasser! hahaha. Its a nice one to!

I like your fire pit you have there! wish i had one of those. The food looks awesome, specially them kebabs or kabobs whatever spelling it is! haha

Is the MAK a pellet grill?

I have always wanted to try some ribs off of a pellet grill. can they even be called a grill? or are they really smokers?

Supposedly there is an area you can grill on, but I'm not sure how it works exactly.
