Chipotle Fettucini w/Dirty Chicken & Tomatillo Cilantro Cream Sauce
I picked up some amazing Pappardelles Chipotle Fettucini on my recent trip to Pikes Public Market in Seattle. This pasta is loaded with flavor and I had to come up something great to go with it. Grass-fed Dirty chicken with a tomatillo cilantro cream sauce... Full details and recipe is here. Enjoy!
