Default Vortex- first cook

Wings. Half with the Italian seasoning sample included, other half with the buffalo wing rub Owens BBQ threw in for free. Everything was great. The kettle has turned out good wings before but with some variation in the batch. Every wing was equally done, and so easy.

My only semi-gripe is the label on the vortex left a ton of residue. I let it burn a bit then yolo'd the meat onto the grate.

Any semblance of the label will burn off after a few uses and you'll never know it was there. You're going to love this gadget.
