Damn Ross, what's in that rub? I thought it was overcooked in the following picture and that was out of the fridge:

Looks really great in the cooked / sliced picture...

Huh, I'm from Burque. I didn't know we had a rub named after us, but it does kinda sound like what I put on everything, so I guess they got it right.

That looks fantastic! The first recipe (for the overall dish) is missing a couple of ingredients (molasses and vinegar, at least; that's when I abandoned) in the list that are referred to in the prep instructions.

However...

The book that recipe came from is a hardcover, and not expensive, that got great reviews. So, I ordered it from Amazon. Thanks for the heads-up.

On another note...

Since no one else has mentioned...

That's the most phallic-looking PTL I've seen in a long time...

And I buy the 4-packs from Sam's!

Ross, once again, a beautiful cook! The pork looks exactly like what we go for, which there is a very short time window on as you know.

I've been eyeing those GrillGrates, wondering if they are worth it. Perhaps you'd like to chime in?

And tell us more about the rub.marinade if you would...
