Our January SPECIAL Throwdown Category is..."Tacos"


This was Oldyote's fine entry in the 2015 "Tacos" Throwdown


CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - READ BEFORE ENTERING


1. Cook tacos! Corn or flour tortillas, crispy or soft shell, chicken, steak, carnitas, fish, shrimp, ground beef, or whatever filling you choose, the choice is yours and the possibilities are endless!

2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this TD only!


You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 1/5 through Monday 1/29/18.

Entry pictures must be submitted by 12 p.m. Central US Time on Monday 1/29/18.

Ooooh....does a Blackstone griddle count for this? Figure it's only slightly different than a gas grill.

A taco is a traditional Mexican dish composed of a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling. Wikipedia.
So this is also out.
