Smokin' Some Beef Ribs (Pics)!
I stopped by the store to grab a shoulder for carnitas tacos for the staff today and they had a couple racks of beef ribs for a decent price (I paid $12 for the rack). I thought, why not?!?! I just gave them a light coat of canola oil and a light coating of Oakridge BBQ Black Ops Brisket Rub (no pic of this step).
So, in four photos, here you go... On the top shelf, this is about 3 hours in on a 5 or 6 hour smoke (lost track): Super tender and juicy! Ribs in a row: All stacked up: So, that is that... Hope you enjoyed it! |
