New from NorCal
Hey guys, been coming across this site in my search for knowledge and finally joined. Been using a weber kettle since I could walk, and just got into smoking about a year ago. I've kinda outgrown the kettle for that purpose, so I've got a few pieces of a broken Traeger that I'm rebuilding into a light duty horizontal smoker (not sure how smoking with pellets is received around here, but I'm not into it) and also have what ya'll refer to as a UDS under construction at the moment, hoping to have both broken in before Thanksgiving. Looking forward to learning from everyone here!
