Q-Salt Tri-Tip steaks
Did I mention that Q-Salt tastes good on Tri-Tip?
So I picked up some tri-tip steaks Saturday....  Sprkinled with Q-Salt....  Stuck them in the UDS with a shoulder and some ribs.....  Sorry for the blue plate.....
