The rub is awesome and gave it a bit of a kick

Half way through decided to double down and smother this with Gravy also.
Collected the drippings from the foiled pork using the pan from grilling up some garlic

Mixed the corn starch with the drippings

After bringing to a boil, added the drippings and corn starch mix

Bring to a boil again while stirring and BAM, we got Gravy

Was it a boar or a barrow , most time people don't slaughter boar because they have a boar tain to the meat

I had to look it up but yes it was a Barrow. He has 800 acres with wild pigs but all the males are castrated so he can sell hunts without season and game rule restrictions. You still need to hunt them and they still have some mean pigs but I think the mrat is better. This guy tastes mighty fine!
