Could be one of the best looking plates I've seen in awhile. Great job.

Yeah, it is the best price I have seen on it. That's why I had to give it a try.

There was, and it was pretty tasty, but I prefer it roasted.

Killer meal all the way around, Josh! Durocs are some of my favorite pigs, both eatin' and raising. Very personable critters.
Thanks for posting!

That plate looks incredible, really nice work on the ribs. I just did two racks of Duroc BB ribs on Saturday and yes they were amazingly good, worth the extra cost IMO.

Thanks, it turned out really good. I am a pasta junkie, but didn't really miss it.

Thanks. Never met a pig, I didn't like eating. Some can be pretty mean, when alive though.

I learned from watching you. Thanks for the high praise. It was a good meal for sure. Totally sold on the Duroc. Had leftovers tonight, and it was still great.

I actually got them in Joplin,MO. Would be a long drive for you, so not sure it would be worth it, but they do have some good prices on prime meat. Not a huge selection, but easily the highest quality meat, I have found around here. When you walk in the door, you are hit with a waft of smoke, that lets you know, you are in the right place. Then you see all the meat, and the dry aging cabinet in the corner. https://olhickory.com/ Definitely check them out, if you are in the area.
