That plate looks incredible, really nice work on the ribs. I just did two racks of Duroc BB ribs on Saturday and yes they were amazingly good, worth the extra cost IMO.

Too much cool in one thread Josh. Wow! Duroc, the "mac" and cheese, duck fat.. My kinda meal and looks sooooo good. Gotta try Duroc for sure and great post as usual.
