Default Hello from the PNW

Hello everyone

I am Huey AKA Salmonclubber I live in Forks WA i have been smoking meats for around 6 years now i started with a ECB electric smoker then i got a GOSM gasser i now have a UDS but still use the GOSM at times i also like to make sausage in my homemade electric smoker
before i started smoking meat i smoked salmon for about 20 years i have smoked so much salmon that i do not care to eat it anymore and i was raised on the stuff LOL I really enjoy the craft/hobby of smoking foods and fire up one or more of my smokers almost every weekend
I look forward to meeting and learning from you guys I enjoy showing off all my smoked goodies will post pics
