Default Pulled Chicken Soup

Well, I had a lot of puled chicken left over, and my wife has the flu, so I thought some chicken soup would be a good idea. I went to the market and picked up some veggies.

A quick slice and dice.

The carrot greens made a good substitute for parsley.

Sauteed in a large stock pot.

Chicken stock added as soon as the veggies are a little tender.

In goes the pulled chicken and everything simmers for about 90 minutes.

Simple and delicious, and just what the doctor ordered!

That looks good right there. I may have to smoke a chicken and do that.
