Very neat. My neighbor has an old limestone one behind his house that caved in many years ago. Only about 3 1/2 walls left, no roof.

Good for you. I would also like to see some pics of the inside if possible!

Oh Lord, don't get me started on Ruger! I could go on all day about him. Ole boys like my kid. I pray he sticks with me for 15 years, he's my best bud, don't even need a steady girlfriend with him around. And he's a lot cheaper to hang out with too!

No doubt man, I am gathering up wood now to build my place on some of dad's land down the road. 110 acres of nothing but dogwoods and hardwoods, gonna build a little house a little bigger than those pictures of the storage shed in the pictures. Gonna have a loft for the bedroom so it'll be a little taller than that one too. Simple life that most people my age couldn't stand.

I can't wait to get to smoking meat and raising a garden. Gonna can all my veggies for winter and raise some chickens hopefully too. Maybe get me a hog or two as well down the road hopefully. Gonna take a while to get it all going and get all my supplies ready. Wood heater in the middle and all though!

And thanks for all the compliments guys, I never thought so many people would be interested in the old place but I guess most guys like us appreciate stuff like this. I'd rather go to the mountains than the beach any day and see all the old stuff. If I get my place built maybe I seriously could have a hog killing and have some guys within a few hundred miles come and enjoy it too. We always have people asking to come as visitors to our other yearly one, but this one we'd end up cooking Mr. Pig that day. I'ma keep that idea going.
