Very neat. My neighbor has an old limestone one behind his house that caved in many years ago. Only about 3 1/2 walls left, no roof.

I can't wait to get to smoking meat and raising a garden. Gonna can all my veggies for winter and raise some chickens hopefully too. Maybe get me a hog or two as well down the road hopefully. Gonna take a while to get it all going and get all my supplies ready. Wood heater in the middle and all though! And thanks for all the compliments guys, I never thought so many people would be interested in the old place but I guess most guys like us appreciate stuff like this. I'd rather go to the mountains than the beach any day and see all the old stuff. If I get my place built maybe I seriously could have a hog killing and have some guys within a few hundred miles come and enjoy it too. We always have people asking to come as visitors to our other yearly one, but this one we'd end up cooking Mr. Pig that day. I'ma keep that idea going.
