MY First UDS Whole chicken Smoke (Pron)

Well here it is my first whole birds ever and on the UDS.
Thank you to all that helped out yesterday with all my questions


Well here are the Twins after being Spatchcocked lathered with EVOO and used the Weber Beer Can Chicken Rub




Also Decided well lets mack some BIG ABT'S also.
Pablano Peppers stuffed with cream cheese, chedder cheese and sweet Italian Sausage and wrapped in smoked bacon.



And after 4 hours we have....(drum roll)

The Pablanos worked out perfect for ATB's not to crazy spicy and stuff really well
