V-Rack or Roasting Rack for Disposable Steam Pan (Full)
Hopefully this is the right place to post this but I'm looking for a V-Rack to cook a turkey in and the rack needs to fit inside a full size disposable steam pan, inside dimensions of 10"x18". I'd prefer it have a nonstick coating as well, but it's not completely necessary. It will be used on a smoker/grill setup almost exclusively. Any recs that fit the bill and are easy on the wallet? TIA

I'd think any metal v rack could be modified to fit a pan with the use of a saw, hammer and channel loc's.

I prefer to place the birds directly on the cooker racks. I find that a pan shields heat from the bottom of the bird and the leg quarter will not be done when the breast is. Folding the wings back behind the bird keeps it level.
