I'm upset that i waited so long to cook one of these. Forgot to get pics of them after coming off the cooker as burnt ends. Farking delicious even before making them into burnt ends. Thanks to everyone for posting their pork belly cooks and pushing me over the edge!

Hey smitty...
It worked better with chunks in the chute. You were not wrong.

Outstanding job, first or 100th belly it looks amazing.

Thanks guys! Next time I'll definitely add brown sugar to get more "candy".

OK, I'm all ears, have one In my freezer, what's the ticket?
I didn't really know what to do. Just rubbed and cooked nekkid at 275 until 190 as it looked really good. Then cubed, sauced, panned and back into to the cooker at 325 for another hour or so.
I still have not cooked one and does it still taste like bacon ? chunks ?

Didn't really taste exactly like bacon to me. More like a pork chop that was really sweet. Very juicy and tender.
