Finally tried out the cherry on some baby-backs today. Smoked on the SS-1 with oake at 225 four hours no wrap no sauce so as to taste the rub. As the title says, WOW!!
Been meaning to try the cherry. Really need to. I love the Spicy Apple. Actually got a couple of thick cut bone in pork chops on the kettle slow cooking right now with the Spicy Apple.
