This little guy caught my eye at HEB when picking up Prime Sirloins that were on sale for $4.99 a lb.

Decided he would be good for Sunday dinner. A healthy dose of Carne Crosta.

Then seared for 4 minutes a side on the gasser.

Then onto the egg clone at 250 until 135 IT and then off to rest.

Time to slice. Fed four adults and two grandkids.

That looks mighty tasty! No chance that would feed so many people in my family though... you guys must be better at moderation than we are.
 
Wow! My wife and I are down to 3 OZ servings of meat.
It is plenty with salad and veggies.

Yours looks tremendous.
