I'm very interested. Does this book cover other meats like chicken and pork or is it focused specifically on brisket? Recipes?

Brisket-beef Ribs-Pork Ribs-Sausage And Turkey IIRC

And pork butt

Recipes??? Yes, but it’s not a recipe book like a lot of Q books. Enough seasoning-sauces-rubs-sides recipes to make you a hero at your next cookout.

So it's more technique. I have plenty of recipe books. Once my cart reaches "free shipping" it's bought. Thanks for the heads up.
