Default Ribeye with just Salt and Pepper who would of thought




On the Egg @450*

Pulled @ 125* internal

Served with fresh green beans. I forgot how good a steak with just salt and pepper tasted

Nice! Unless i splurge and buy an aged prime steak I have been salting mine recently and then adding only pepper and they have been great!

looks like the ones I did last sunday, from Costco... My wife just said "I can't stop putting it in my mouth" she polished one off. Usually she eats about half a steak.

Try the AB version in a CI skillet in the oven. KS & P are the only seasoning.

Very nice Ross...makes me remember a steak throwdown at CCA when I got the best tasting steak....yep, just salt and pepper....hot and fast. Good old kiss principle.

You jsut can't go wrong with a simple salt and pepper seasoned steak. Well, as long as you cook it right, and you did.
