So last night I smoked a couple of salmon filets in alder wood and happened to have one leftover. After checking the morning posts I found myself hungry (surprise!) Anyhow I went to the fridge trying to figure out what I could make for breakfast and decided to try an Smoked Salmon and Blue Cheese Omelet. I have to say it pretty much kicks some A$$.

I like fish for breakfast, but that took it one step further.
 
Dude, I don't even like eggs, but that really made my mouth water! :eek:
 
I am wishing I had some more salmon today. No such breakfast for me. Might be making a run to costco today for a treat. I will keep you fellas posted.
