Default Turkey Pastrami on Beer Bread

I make turkey pastrami every so often. It's easy and one of my favorites.
Looks like I've been using the same recipe for at least 10 years.
http://cowgirlscountry.blogspot.com/...with-side.html

I rub the cure into the turkey breast, wrap and let it chill overnight..

Remove most of the cure, smoke in the drum til done.

Made my beer bread..

Started building my sandwich.
a layer of turkey pastrami...

bacon...

a layer of cheese, then lettuce and tomatoes...

A sprinkle of salt and then sliced onions...

Slathered the lid with creamy horseradish sauce..

Slapped the lid on and called er good.

Served with some home made twangy green tomato dill pickles and a cold beer to wash it down.

It's not fancy, but tasted good at the time.

Thanks for looking!
