Hi all,
I'm new to this forum but not new to smoking. Been makin Q for a few years now. I do my smoking in a New Braunfels Bandera I picked up on Craigslist a couple weeks ago. Just did a pork picnic and it turned out phenomenal. My former smoker was a cheap Char Broil I bought at Lowe's. I did alot of smoking on that thing and turned out some great meat. It was just hard to manage to fire but it taught me my fire management skills so smoking on the Bandera was way easier. I also had a GMG grill but it didn't give the meat the good smoke flavor I prefer. I look forward to meeting all here and swapping recipes and ideas. Hopefully I have as much to give as I can receive from others on here.
