Thumbs up Pulled Pork Egg Rolls/ For Breakfast Even

Well this is my day so I decided
to fix me something that I have wanted to try.
I took some pulled pork out
of the freezer(my last bag/panic mod) then nuked
it a couple of minutes to soften it up.
Some I mixed a little of my HM sauce and the others were plain for the wife and son.
The flavor of the wrap went quite well with the pork.

Wife will usually make a Homemade Carrot Cake for me today.
I haven't seen any sign of it so far,
so I decided to treat my self.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Looks great. When I make them I sometimes include a vinegar based slaw.

Those sound good and look great. The slaw is a great idea. Yet another thing added to the Must Cook & Eat list.

She made it for me and I ate one big piece. Thats all it took to send my B/S levels to new heights. But it sure was good!

Egg Rolls are always a good way to use leftovers when you want to mix it up a little. Those look great, nice job.
