Finished my new smoker!
I finaly finished building my new smoker. We fired it up to cure the paint and metal and to check the temps. It has 4 temp gauges and 3 of them had less than a 2 or 3 degree difference the fourt was about 10 - 15 deg. cooler ( this is the one on the bottom oposite the fire box). It looks and works better than I ever could have hoped, as this is the first (and maybe last) one I ever built.
Saturday we are going to do our first cook... 10 chickens, 40lbs of pork butt, and 14 racks of ribs, my brother also mentioned something about a turkey he has in his freezer.
