I had a great time smoking salmon yesterday.

Question:
It's going to be great here in Kansas City.
I will be using the Weber grill today.
Looking for new ways to cook chicken on the grill:help:

I smoked beer can chicken last week with a modded memphis dry rub all over it. It turned out pretty well. I have heard of people using Pepsi or Dr. Pepper too.
