Anyone do ABC Service? Gotta ? for ya
We just became ABC Licensed last month and we have our first wedding with ABC Service coming up in a few weeks. We will be doing 4 hour beer & wine open bar and I have a jockey box and will be running 3 taps - Amstel Light, Yuengling and a local craft brew. For wine we are doing one white and one red wine selection.
My question is how do you figure how much of each selection you will need? What would your recommendations for the above amounts be based on 150 guests?
