Not my best by any means, but certainly not my worst. Considering I got it done in 4 1/2 hours and did little to no work, I will take it. The PBC turns out a fine, pretty foolproof product. My cooker has always run a little hot which is fine by me for chicken. If I were to use this for brisket all the time I would want the temp to run a little closer to 300.
