Default Giant Chicken McNugget

I have a Butterball Chicken "breast", buffalo style. This thing is basically a giant McNugget. It's easily the size of an average fryer. Anyway, I got it for free, and it's going on the UDS tomorrow.

Any suggestions? I'm using lump mesquite (it's all I currently have), but I have almond, oak, cherry chunks.

Just remembered, it's precooked. It just needs to be reheated.

^^^That's what she said.

Seriously though, it's probably enhanced, and will probably smoke up just fine. Only one way to find out....unless someone here has actually cooked one of these before......which would not surprise me one bit.
