Default How Good is PlowBoys YardBird * Let Me Tell You

It was raining and cold, 45º today. For you stuck outside the Desert that is like 10º to you.

Had some Thighs planned for tonight and just did not feel like dealing with the outside cook.

So I used the Indoor BBQ, the oven.

Seasoned up with YardBird and placed a slab of butter on each Thigh and then sprinkled some Mrs Dash over the top. Could have done without the Dash!

O' Ya Good Stuff!

YardBird has got to be the best seasoning I have tried to date! Tasted great and I can't wait to really give it a try on the Smoker. It can only get better!

That looks real good. Where do you get the Yardbird? Is it a mail order thing or do they sell it in stores? I've heard it mentioned before, but never seen it around here.

Hey wreckingcrew, look at the post from Plowboy and you will see how to get to his company. I agree that Yardbird is some great stuff. Besides smoked food I like it in chicken salad.

Ok, fine. I'll buy some. I keep hearing how good it is on everything from chicken to shoe leather.

You people are killing me.
