I'm doing my best;) Not that easy with Swedish ribs..."Shiners" is the standard here.. Hardly any meat on them! I'd love to have your U.S ribs :)

Those type of ribs are easy to turn into jerky by slow smoking. Try direct grilling like you would do a thin breakfast pork chop over a very hot fire.
