I've only tried naked and red sauce so far, so I'm not going to vote. I still need to try mustard sauce and vinegar sauce.

i like it all, but nc eastern style vinegar sauce really complements the natural pork flavors and lets the pork shine through imo...the wife likes the mustard based nc style though

Georges and Scotts are my two favorites..I have tried and tried to replicate them, but nothing I come up with comes close, so I concentrate on the cooking of it and leave the sauce to them:). Hopefully you have better luck making a homemade sauce then I have had!

I like all of them at different times...

Favorite way tho is to skim the fat off and dump the juices back into the batch after foiling... really don't need anything else!

BTW - Welcome to the nut house!

Lately I've been trying to convert the folks around here with Blues Hog Honey Mustard. They sure look at that yellow sauce kinda funny until they try it!
