Since I am working this weekend...
I figure I have to fire up the Q since I am going to be working this weekend. I just received a new ash belly pan for my Chargriller, wore out the other, so I am going to break it in. Cooking up some chops and Italian sausages. Using some of that Jack Daniels chips for the flavor. Charcoal is starting to glow in the chimney so going to get ready to grill!
