Default Dutch oven country style ribs

This weekend we took the RV out for one last trip for the year. So, for dinner, I put together something quick and simple. Since it was pork, I might as well enter the throwdown.

The night before I started marinating some country style ribs in Dr. Pepper.

I threw them in a preheated dutch oven along with some onions, potatoes, and Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce.

Everything simmered for a while.

All plated up and ready.

Thanks for looking.

That looks soooo good. Got some country style ribs in the freezer that need to be used up. About how long in the DO?

I used about 25-30 briquettes for about an hour and a half. I had about 10 of them on top.

I wish the rim was mine. I don't think the campground would have liked it if I took it with me.
