DVDs of Season 1 & 2 of Duck Dynasty and a bag of Life Savers Gummies (oh, yeah, and a 14 ounce prime ribeye at Perry's steakhouse with a shot of 15 year old Dalwhinie on the rocks).

I got to spend all day Saturday and a cook for some good friends.

Brisket
Turkey Breast
5 Racks of Spares and riblets
Pork Butt
Beans

Drank way to much of the blue yummies (Busch Light) and some apple pie

Woke up on Sunday to an awesome homemade card, an airsoft pistol (for the extra rabbits in the backyard) and a new grill cover for the gasser.

Great day overall!!!

This is the first Fathers day in quite some time where I have been home due to either Annual Training, Drill weekends, or deployments. Feeling blessed!!!!

It was more of a Birthday and Father's Day combine present from my wife. Yes I got to pick it out and everything but she approved it all and she was the one that set my $$ limit. But basically this is what I got :)

I did not know I needed one, but my kids gave me a waffle iron, anyone have a good recipes for waffle batter. Hum wonder if I can make a panini in it?

My son gave me 50.00 for some back rent money, then promptly ask if he could barrow my truck to haul somethings, and then proceeded to ask if he could barrow 20.00 for gas. Kids got to love them or you would have to kill them, but at least I know I am still needed.
