Some Of The Best Griddle Burgers I have Done OR How I Broke My Spatula
Tried a Brainstorm Idea I had. I always try not to overwork my Ground Beef when making Patties.
Heated up the griddle and threw on the balls. A quick smash to form the patties. These really came out very good and juicy! Seasoned only with Lawry's seasoned salt. My favorite Spatula did not make it though Now I need to find a new one with a wide blade and about 16-18" long.

LOl, not very hard at all. I really liked this Spatula, had it for years. Guess it was just time.

Nice burgers!
Go to Lowes and pick up a concrete trowel to use as a spatula. You could even cut the point off and file it up smooth. Bet you won't break one of those.
