Default Beef & cheese wrap w/horseradish and sweet potatoes (w/pron)

Last night I grilled some beef and cheese wraps. It turns out I may have a throw down entry this week. I grilled some sweet potatoes with a butter/brown sugar glaze. I also made a horseradish dip sauce for the wrap. I was extremely disappointed I could not find the actual root at 4 different grocery stores (Dierbergs, Schnucks, Save-a-lot, Jeremy's). I ended up using store bought grated horseradish (not prepared), it was very good. I also grilled up some snap peas and mushrooms. It was a simple meal, but man was it tasty.

Looks like a good solid throwdown entry to me!

The steak and cheese wrap didn't need it, but dang that sauce was good. The wrap was great by itself...chuck steak, provel cheese, peppers and onions.
