Made profit, not a lot. It was more of a getting my name out there. Our competition was sweet lous BBQ. He was a real nice guy, he was selling ribs and pulled pork sandwiches. I eventually sold out by 9pm. We started with 65 lbs of tri tip for sat and I bought 36lb for Sun we were sold out by 7pm. was a real slow carnival, parking sucked so that did not help. what was a big seller was the funnel cake lady she had a line all day and night. Was a great experience we had fun doing it
