whipped up a little dinner for 65 today. pulled pork w/ fuji apple slaw, roasted chipotle mac & cheese, prime sirloin wrapped asparagus, sage sausage stuffed mushrooms, goat cheese & roasted red pepper crostini

Double checked my e-mails, phone messages and didn't find my invite. Looks like I missed out on a good feed. i most likely would have been out of place in my t-shirt and shorts.

thanks! the host wanted pulled pork but didn't want a sandwich making station so i had to come up with something or they would have been a messy disaster. worked well, just took a little more time to wrap 100+ sandwiches...
