Hey all, my son brought his new girlfriend over for "first introductions".
Sounds like a good time to fire up the cookers! :thumb:
My challenge was, that she's a vegetarian, but does eat fish.
So, smoked salmon and grilled shrimp (swimming in garlic butter).
Also had some nice rolls and wifey made some roasted veggies.
Good impressions were had by all. :wink:
