I wanted to start off by saying what a great place to be a part of. I have read so many threads since joining that I figured it was time to jump in and learn lots more.
I am new to smoking and so excited to learn more over the next year. After reading some great posts I am going to build my first UDS this winter. I also have my eyes on a cookshack for those busy days as well.
