Default Ceramic cooker as a Grill

They seem like they would be excellent for doing steaks, kebabs, burgers etc.

Any experience with one? Do they have any advantages over a Weber Kettle? I want something a bit bigger than my trusty hibachi.

I know a lot of guys who have Primos and BGE's and they are great for slow cooking....but then you can really turn up the heat on these SOB'S and grill too! From all accounts they work very well!

Personally, I would buy a one touch gold and save $400...

I don't see how you could beat a weber for the cost

(nope, I don't own stock.)

Sami, I don't own a BGE, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so here is my opinion. The main advantage of a ceramic cooker over a weber is that you can use it as "low and slow" cooker too. So if you are looking for one cooker that will serve as a good grill, and an excellent smoker, the ceramic cookers are a good option.
