Default SweetnSpicy ribs HotnFast-Pron

Started at 200f on the BSKeg with hickory, and opened up to get to 380 finally.
SweetnSpicy rub and some fresh garlic added.

Made calamansie lime and garlic aoli for the cabbage and onion salad and also made a grape tomato green salad.
The BBQ sauce is also home made.
Now I need a nap!
