Nacho Brat (PRON)

After playing a little softball with my oldest girl we decided to make some nacho brats. They were topped with a homemade guacamole and homemade salsa with a little pepper jack cheese.

The name came from my daughter and idea of topping them this way as well.
Hay it is all about having fun with them kids right.

I don’t measure anything out when I make it; I have made it so long I just go by taste. But this is what it has in it;
1 avocado per person
Diced red onion
Jalapeno diced
Diced tomato (just the meat part of the mater)
Fresh fine chopped garlic
Fresh lime juice
Fresh cilantro
Big dash of chipotle Chile powder
Salt / pepper
