Default Late T-day Pron

I know I am late with this, but here is my T-day pron, I smoked a Free Range Amish Turkey Breast, while my wife roasted one in the oven.

Here is the boob rubbed with our favorite Poultry Rub (that is my wife trying to get into the pic!!)

Another one after I brined for about 7-8 hours and rubbed with Veggie oil and Plowboys!! :

I also had my family over and I made MOINK Balls :

I have to admit that I got the bacon a little too crispy on the MOINK Balls, but they were gone too quick to take pic!!

Here is the Turkey Breast in the WSM:

And here is one of the breast getting sliced up:

I smoked it in the WSM for about 3 hours (it was an 8 lb breast) over Kingsford and Hickory Chunks. I brined it in a mixture of Cranberry,Apple, and Orange Juice, with salt, fresh garlic, rosemary, time and bay leaves. It was really juicy and tasted really good. Sorry for my lack of camera skills...
