Only 1 choice has to be grilling. You can always add some smoke to hot and fast.

I can't choose. I'll have to have a Weber Kettle so that I can do both. Next you'll be asking us to choose between smoking, or boiling our ribs.

Wow what a question I totally overworked my noggin on this one and would have to say grilling I can learn hot n fast for brisket and butts, but don't think I want to low n slow a steak or chops...
