Kicking off the BBQ Season!!!!

Every year our BBQ team plays a part in a fundraiser to benefit the free clinic in our area. It is called the Rockbridge Bull & Oytser Fest. Chef George Huger owner of a landmark restaurant in Lexington, Virginia does all the sides and oysters 3 ways. We cook up the BBQ, a split of brisket and pulled pork. There is live music all evening also. Usually it is cold and windy but this year it is going to be 85 degrees and sunny this Saturday and they are expecting a crowd of over 400 based on ticket sales (usually about 250). Can't wait to get the season started by firing up the pit tomorrow night! I'll post the pic's.
