thinning out sauce

I found a bbq sauce that I really like but.....I would like to thin it out a little without diluting the flavor a whole lot. any ideas?

Butter and broth. Trust me! Thins it out but leaves the flavors you want. Not much of either. Experiment and let us know what you think.
 
I think I would start with apple juice and see what happens.
 
This is what we do to keep the same flavor. Adding other flavors changes the original sause. Nothing wrong with that if that is what you like. Try them all and dial in what you prefer. Good luck bro.

I was thinking just that...broth and parkay...

apple juice I thought would add a hint of extra sweet to it..good ideas..

except the mineral spirits.:roll:
 
things ive used...butter, pineapple juice, lemonade, beer, rum, beer, tequila, apple juice...just cook down the alcohols before you add them. or dont
